Grades are estimates derived from public data, not counts, and they are updated on a daily cadence. A good grade means relatively better value among products that are negative expected value by design. It is never a way to make money.
ScratchBuddy does not sell lottery tickets or help you buy them, does not handle wagers, does not touch your lottery account, does not claim prizes, and runs no contests or giveaways. It takes no money from retailers or from any lottery. It is an informational tool and nothing more.
